What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is chosen automatically for reliability.

Do you ship to all U.S. states?

We ship only within the continental USA. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within the continental USA.

How long will my order take?

Orders typically process in 1–2 business days. Transit time is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

At this time we ship via standard ground methods only. Expedited/overnight options are not available.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to monitor delivery status anytime.

Is an adult signature required?

Yes—an adult (21+) signature may be required upon delivery due to the nature of our products.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I split my payment across multiple cards?

No. Split payments are not allowed. Each order must be paid in full using a single payment method.

Are your products legal to purchase and ship?

Our products comply with federal guidelines; however, some states/localities restrict cannabinoids, kratom, or mushroom-based products. We do not ship where prohibited.

Do you verify customer age?

Yes. You must be 21+ to purchase. Age verification occurs at checkout and an adult signature may be required on delivery.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Yes. Many items include third-party lab reports for quality and purity. COAs are available upon request or linked on product pages when provided.
