Return & Refund Policy

At SmokeShopToGo, customer satisfaction and compliance are at the core of our operations. Due to the nature of our products and the regulatory environment in which we operate, our return and refund policy is strictly defined as follows:
1. Final Sale Items
All consumable items—including but not limited to vaporizers, e-liquids, cartridges, kratom, hemp flower, edibles, and batteries—are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped due to safety, sanitary, and compliance concerns.
2. Eligible Returns
We only accept returns for products that meet all the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product was incorrectly shipped (wrong item received).
- The return request is made within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Any product must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for inspection and possible refund or replacement.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@smokeshoptogo.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic or video evidence of defect/damage
Once the return is authorized, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval may not be processed.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of return confirmation, but timelines may vary based on your financial institution.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Returns initiated beyond the 7-day claim window.
- Packages lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Returns without prior authorization.
6. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are eligible for a return, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. For added protection, we recommend selecting shipping options with tracking and insurance.
8. Regulatory Disclosure
Due to ongoing regulatory changes at the federal and state levels, certain products may become restricted after purchase. We are not responsible for denied delivery or return of goods due to changes in law. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without notice to comply with evolving legal standards.
