Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping Only
SmokeShopToGo currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to customs restrictions and compliance regulations surrounding hemp, cannabinoids, kratom, and vapor-related products.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods or if age verification is required manually.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on carrier and destination, but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking links to activate. You are responsible for monitoring tracking progress and accepting delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Unattended packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
- Failure to pick up from carrier locations after attempted delivery
For best results, we recommend using a secure delivery address or mail receptacle. We do not issue refunds or reshipments for lost packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
6. Age-Restricted Product Shipping
Some shipments may require an adult signature and valid ID upon delivery, depending on the product and your location. Failure to complete age verification may delay your order or result in cancellation.
7. State and Local Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict shipping of specific products to jurisdictions where they are prohibited. Orders placed to restricted areas may be partially or fully canceled and refunded at our discretion.
8. Shipping Fees & Refunds
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once a package has been shipped. Return shipping for unauthorized or refused packages is the responsibility of the customer.
